How Do You Package My Purchase?

We understand that our product is breakable.

We line all of our boxes with bubble wrap and we wrap all of our plasters in bubble wrap, if the item is small we wrap in small groups e.g. 5 or 6 plasters at a time. We package any paint into sandwich bags in case of leakage, that way the plasters won't get paint on them during shipping.

What Do I Do If I Receive Broken Plasters?

We would hate for you to buy a product and not be able to use it. We replace any plasters that may be broken during transit. All we need from you is a photo of the broken product within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please keep any packaging, paint and brushes as we replace the plaster only. Breakage of party favours will come with extra ribbon to tie the favour again.

Is Your Whole Range On The Website?

No, we have 2 small children so we are adding little by little. To upload all of our products onto our website is quite labour intensive but we will have everything up within the next 6 months. In the meantime you can see our whole range in our Facebook photo albums, which also helps greatly when ordering bulk packs to see what we have. Alternately you can email pmplastercraft@gmail.com and we can email some photos to you.
