How Do You Package My Purchase?

We understand that our product is breakable.

We line all of our boxes with bubble wrap and we wrap all of our plasters in bubble wrap, if the item is small we wrap in small groups e.g. 5 or 6 plasters at a time. 

We also now have an eco-option to replace bubble wrap which you can find under our gift wrapping options on our product pages.

What Do I Do If I Receive Broken Plasters?

We would hate for you to buy a product and not be able to use it. We replace any plasters that may be broken during transit. All we need from you is a photo of the broken product within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please keep any packaging, paint and brushes as we replace the plaster only. Party favour orders will come with extra plaster and ribbon to replace any that might break during transit.

 

Is there a wait time before my order is sent?

We try to have a well maintained inventory with our stock. We try to keep stocked between 5-10 of each character depending on popularity. Sometimes if there is an order placed and it's multiple of the same character there may be a 1-2 week wait. Our mini plasters take roughly 2 days to dry our small plasters 3-5 days to dry and our medium and large plasters 5-7 days depending on thickness. 

We can rush the drying process but the quality of the plasters will not be the same.

 

You Have As A Shipping Option "Pickup Locally Or At A Market Stall", Where Are You Located?

We Are located in Singleton NSW,

we have 2 permanent markets per month: The Valley Markets, Townhead Park Singleton ( 2nd Sunday of the month) 

Handmade In The Hunter Markets, Halls Road Pokolbin (4th Saturday of the month)

You are more than welcome to pick up from our home address or any markets and fetes we attend.

 

Who Do You Use To Ship?

We use the Sendle Network to ship our products, we have found less is damaged, the price is affordable for our customers and they come to us to pickup your order

Ocassionally we do have to use Australia Post for addresses that are remote or a distance from a main Depot but we will cover the difference in postage ourselves.

Do You Include An Invoice With My Order?

No, our invoices are automatically sent to your email when you place your order. If you would like a printed invoice please let us know when placing your order so we can print it off for you and include it in your package, otherwise you can print it off at your end aswell.
